  • How does the pre-order process work?

    You can easily pre-order your meals through our website, choose from our menu, and schedule your pick-up or delivery.

  • Can I customize my meals for dietary restrictions?

    We offer options for various dietary preferences and restrictions, but unfortunately cannot customize individual meals.

  • Where can I pick up my meals?

    Meals ordered through our meal prep service can be picked up at our storefront in Berlin, CT, or at any of our affiliated local gym locations. You will be prompted to choose your pickup location at checkout when you place your order.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    Yes, we offer delivery services throughout central Connecticut in a 25-minute radius around our location in Berlin for a $10 delivery fee.

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    Yes, our delivery fee is $10. Pick up in store or at an affiliated gym is zero cost!

  • How do the subscription plans work?

    We offer subscription plans to fit your lifestyle and meal requirements, with the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription before the cutoff time. You will be billed weekly for your meals. At any point during the week leading up to your cutoff day you may log in to our site and adjust your meals for the following week. If you are happy with your meal choices, you don’t have to do anything!

    Our kitchen follows strict food safety protocols, and our staff is trained in proper food handling to ensure the safety and quality of every meal we produce.

  • How long do the meals last?

    For maximum flavor and freshness, please enjoy meals within a few days of pickup or delivery.

  • Can I freeze the meals if I don’t eat them right away?

    Yes, most of our meals are freezer-friendly, although we recommend enjoying them fresh for the best quality.

  • What is Box Bistro's zero food waste philosophy?

    We aim to minimize waste by preparing meals based on pre-orders and our most popular dishes, ensuring we only make what’s needed, reducing our environmental footprint.

  • Does Box Bistro cater to specific fitness goals?

    Our meals are portion-controlled and curated with healthy eating in mind, carefully balancing fat, carbs, protein, and more. We can provide meal recommendations based on your fitness goals, but do not customize individual meals. 

  • Are all the meals fully cooked?

    Yes, all meals are fully cooked and just require heating.

  • What is the cancellation policy for pre-ordered meals?

    You can cancel your subscription after at least 2 weeks of service, as long as it is before the cutoff date for the week.
